No enquirers at the enquires counte

Upon arrival at the Kanyamazane branch this morning to get a form verrified as I hold an account here. I was told by one Dudu that this would not be possible. She continued to argue with me as to why this would not be possib le. Please advise me why an enquirer would fall in the same place as those opening accounts and applying for loans. I asked to see the manager and they were not in, subesquently the assistant manager Sibongile attended to my request.
