My account was debited with R129 (16 Aug 2013) and I have no idea why by Stratcol. I call Stratcol and they prevent future debits. It is now up to me to contact Call Voice Africa for a refund and an explanation as to why this has happened.
I have tried contacting their call centre on 0872301079 and can never get through. I am pretty confident this is and Stratcol and Call Voice Africa are working together to people out of their money.
What is the process for the following,
1. Have my money refunded.
2. Open up an investigation into why this is happening and why Call Voice Africa are so aloof.
