It is very sad that for me to get assistance and answeres regarding my policy (which i have since cancelled) i first have to write a report on hello petter.

1. I cancelled my policy, and i was promised a refund once i submit proof that i have sold my vehicle. I submitted all the documentation and i was told that it will take up to 7 working days for me to get my refund back. Today is the 7th working day and i have not received my refund or proof that my policy has been canceled, I sent an email to Jerry Mphahlele, enquiring of the status of my refund, however i have not heared anything from him.

2. I have also enquired with Thuli Mofokeng on the status of my refund on the exess amount i paid when i was involved in an accident with anoher miway client (who was at fault) and i have not received feedback, she only forwarded my email to Violet Sibanyoni, who has not yet responded to my email.

All I am asking for is feedback on the status of the two above matters.
