Bad service

I am very disappointed with a service I received from Mutual & Federal, It been two month now waiting for my hospital cash plan approval. Each time I phone the call center they keep on telling me that they waiting for outstanding document. What suprising me is that I sent outstanding document and I phoned the call center, consultant assisted me confirmed that they received document and she is sending them to Mandisa who is handling my claim. I waited for the response up until I decided to phone again. Guess what all the consultants I spoke with now they keep on telling that they still waiting for outstanding document. I spoke to Tsepiso and Bridget. Last time I phoned I spoke to Tsepiso she promise to come back to me once she got feedback from technicians because they are experiencing a problem with incoming emails. I am very upset because they debiting my account every month and they always get their money in time. Mutual & Federal service pathetic. They cannot even send an email or sms to advise me on what is going on.
