Outsurance
Utterly disgusted

Once a long time ago I thought that Outsurance was the answer to insurance. Now the bubble have burst and I woke up to realize that they are in reality the same as the rest of the insurance brokers! NO SERVICE! I have to phone EIGHT TIMES and they do not even respond even though I left messages. And when EVENTUALLY he does phone back he cannot understand what I am trying to tell him, really if this is the way this OUTSURANCE is going I will definitly look for another insurance company. I am utterly disgusted to be treated this way!
