NOT THE FIRST TIME MY ACC BEING CLONED

Years back i would recommend Standard bank to any one who needed a bank, because of the good services that i was receiving from them.
This days i am not sure if i could do the same. AfterI having so many incidents that recently happend, i am starting to think if i have to stay or leave
1.recently someone withdrawn R900 from my acc, (this is not for the first time) while the cards were with me. Luckily i saw the SMS notification as it happend and i called to cancell the cards. I was given a case no and promised that someone will call me in 3 days. It has been 6 days and i am still waiting for the call from them. I decided to call them again today to find out what is happening since i urgently need my money. First i had to wait for the whole 1hour on the line before someone could assist me and only to be told again that i should wait for another 10 to 14 days before the problem can be sorted out. I AM REALLY FRASTED AS I NEED MY MONEY BACK NOW.
