Change to value bundles costing me more

On 15 June 2013 I went to ABSA Strand to have a value bundle added to my account as my bank charges were too high. On 18 June a charge of R76.79 went from my acc - placing it in a negative as I didn't make provision for this fee. When I queried it, I was told that I should have changed my fee structure of the 1st (when fees are deducted from my acc). How would I know this? The consultant in Strand didn't tell me this. R57 fee was then deducted because of the negative balance on 1 July. Again my account goes into negative, which means another R57 on 1 Aug. To make matters worse R252.00 was deducted for ABSA Rewards - I never get a reminder and just see it deduct every year. This year I don't want it. Cancel it and reverse the charge. I understand the prorata of R76.79, but as it wasn't explained to me, I demand the R57 to be reversed. Again, I want the R252 to be reversed and credited to my acc. I am not interested! I pay more for it, than I get out of it. Also, I don't want another R57 to be dedcuted on 1 Aug. If I was explained, I would have made an informed decision. Consultants are just not the way they used to be. What about putting the client first? TCF anyone?
