Is been 5month i'm still waiting for feedback

I have logged in a call on the 29/12/2012 against Santam due to unsattisfied sevrvice and Stephen Olivier responded by requesting the claim number which i had provide but since then its being five months plus now i havn't heard a thing from Santam...
