Poor Customer Service

I applied for a card with African Bank and duly obliged with all there requirements, everyday it is me following up to find out the status of my application, all to be told no feedback i will call you as soon as we have an outcome, still no call, until i call back, i spoke to Rose on the 09/05 who apparently is the assistant manager and she stated that she will have the consultant call me 8am on the 10/05, guess what i had to call to query the outcome, when i called he gave me a client service number and stated that there was nothing he can do. I called the client service division and they stated that they will e-mail the approval dept and query, no indication of timeframes and they cannot contact this dept directly. Really poor service
