WRONG QUERY INVESTIGATED

I had logged this on hello peter before a lady by the name of Magdeline got back to me and it seems YOU HAVE GOT THIS WRONG AGAIN ..

We withdrew a frew R2000 from the same ATM and this is the 4th time the wrong one is being invesitgated and everytime i have to wait 21 days
ITS BEEN SINCE MARCH AND STILL THE CORRECT MATTER HASNT BEEN RESOLVED
I HAVE BEEN EMAILING MAGDELINE WITH NO RESPONSE???
NOW WHAT NOW??
WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE???
