Wrong debit order date

My account was debited on the 24th and I arranged for the 28th of each month. I phoned customer care BUT there is nothing they can do. The money I had in my account was for my personal use and not for Bruma Finance.

Been kept on the line for a long time just to hear there is anyway nothing they can do.
