My installment for my car per month is approx R3350 but yesterday Absa AVAF deducted R3902.26 and now it shows as my new installment on my AVAF account information. I also have 45 months left to pay on my car so 45 * R3902.26 = R175601.70 (Balance of car) but on my Absa AVAF account it shows as R143041.14.This gives you almost R35 000 more than I should pay.
Now taking that ammount and deviding it by 45 months (R143041.14/45) equals R3178.69 which is even LESS than "I should be paying" at the moment.
You can't just increase my premium for nothing AND WITHOUT INFORMING ME OF ANY CHANGES.
I've never had this ever. You are overcharging me and you better get that installment right before I go to all the newspapers to write an article about it. You will also credit me the amount that you charged me more.
Now I know why you lost so much clients in the past few months... Thought you had a plan to win your clients back. If its this way, it ain't going to work.
Something ain't right here and you better sort it out ABSA!!!
