I am so furious right now it feels like I am going to explode!!! I am trying to reverse a transaction that never went through nut NOBODY is able to assist me not one person!!! I have asked about 10 people to put me through to the right department but they don't even know which department it is! If I chose the option an the phone it is not working it just cuts off!
I will take my account away from FNB because you have uneducated staff and none of them are trained to assit the customers and I am going to report you at the consumer counsil because I am paying bank charges for nothing and you give away money for competions but you don't train your staff!!!
I am fed up with terrible service, this was the last I have been with FNB for 12 years and now I have to move my account!!!
