Absolutely Useless Service when trying to settle

I have made a Payment 2 Days ago and fighting to get it cleared as i need a statement showing i owe nothing for trade in purposes. Eventually get a Email saying they have updated my account with the payment. So i phoned in to try get a statement of accounts showing i owe nothing and some on the other side of the phone tell me it has not Reflected and i must give it until thurs to clear after getting the email saying it is sorted but also very surprising as the transfer was from and FNB acc to an FNB acc.
