On the 9th May 2013 I went through to Nandos to get my boss a Nandos quarter chicken roll and chips. When I got there the computers were off line, and Baleseng told me about it, but also asked about the amount I had on me, because if the amount was exact she'd be able to help me, and ring the amount in later when their systems were back on line. Luckily I had the exact amount, and she began on my order, even though all other stuff weren't willing to help at all. Baleseng who was a cashier had to prepare the meal herself as the staff in the kitchen refused to. Her and Mahlatse worked together and helped two other customers like me.
When my order was done, the systems were back on line, but had Baleseng not taken the time and effort to go the extra mile, I would have left without my order, and most probably would have reported bad service as per the treatment of the kitchen staff.
Lovely service I must say. Was thoroughly impressed
