Poor service and non respons

I have been booked of work by works doctor in march already. All documents was handed in by me in person! I asked Noleen why is it taking so long to get an answer back from momentum? She said she will follow up which she never did as I called them myself yesterday and the lady said she are waiting for other documents since 28 May and she asked for two months now!! Noleen and Momentum refuse to give anymore feed back and forbid me to call or email again, I do have the emails. I have no money since april and sold my car to eat and pay my house. Three months now we are waiting sitting with this problem from Noleen from Robson and Momentum!! they are take your money very fast but when they must pay back they forget you. There attitudes are very bad and don't want to help or let me know why its taking so long.??? the woman at Momentum is Buyiswa Bottoman. 021 9173303. what happen to people use to care? where are those that done there work!!!
