I don't have enough space to explain the whole story, Well the short of it is, That my was house broken into and I incurred a loss, Put in a claim with Hollard, Whom send out an assessor from exility (Who I must say tried to assist me as best as he can, was the only person that tried to help) So thanks Johan Brookryk, Unfortunately I cant say the same for the rest of the team, I receive an email from exility why they cant pay me my full loss, After 3 months of going back and forth I eventually agreed that the undisclosed amount is acceptable as this is dragging since the 8th of September. On negotiation Hollard paid me part cash and part in a gift card during December 2013. The problem I have is I have a gift card but no purchased to make as during the time of the negoatiation (September-December 2013) I used my savings to purchase/replace the necessary items. Now I have no further purchases to make and a gift card which I cannot use to pay anything else as it is meant to be used at merchants which means that I must now make unnecessary purchases or purchase things I dont need. I told Hollard and they insisted I get a gift card which is non-negotiable. Will someone help to resolve it
