No help at all

I have a investment in my daughters name since 2006, I lost the papers as we moved after I got sick. I did contact stanlib from first national bank to change my adress and had my documents sent to my new adress its been a month now and no one helped in anyway all I get after 4 emails is a computer reply that they will get back in 24 hours, but it almost. 24 days now! I want to invest more money but clearly they don't care about small money.
