I called in yesterday to add my Household content to my cover was quoted the premium and was told I would receive a 15% discount added onto the premium at the end of the call.
I received the policy document and there was nothing added. I should receive a higher discount now for the inconvience!
I emailed straight back, no response along with trying 10 times to call the call centre today. The line cuts out every single time.
