Took my car for Inspection and they dint mention one of my car's feautures when i called she was helpful and managed to add it on the inspection and added an extra security feauture which she added and reduced my premium and disclosed that i had a discount and how she was goin to reimburse that discount. I am imprressed with her, she is a keeper... :-)
