This further to my last Complaint about Hollard Insurance dated 2013-10-09, Id like to extend a compliment to 2 individual employees at the Exiliti partner to Hollard Johan Broodryk the assessor who has been extreamly helpful in assisting me with my recent house breaking claim, As over the process gladely assisted me with speaking to the right people without any complaints, Even though I sometimes bombarded him with emails.
And a very Helpful Sandy Duvenhage (A team leader in the customer service claims division) who also felt my compassion and speedily assisted me with my disputes.
Thank you guys and keep up the great work, Its people like you that Exiliti and Hollard need to honour for integrity and excellent customer service
