I took out a policy about three months ago and I was very specific about what I wanted on my cover. I wanted a comprehensive cover with no basic access and car hire. When we spoke on the phone Loretta and I agreed on that and when I went through my policy the car hire was not included. I called the Insurance several times and been given the run around speaking to a number of people, and end up being transferred to Sales Consultants, Policy departments and they end up cutting my call.
I spoke to somebody this morning and said the matter has been escalated to a Sales Manager whom I waited for on the line for 10 minutes and the call ended up being cut.
They are very quick at increasing premiums I updated my address this morning and it didn't even take 30 minutes to respond with the an e-mail of premium increase!!! But when it comes to customer service it very poor!!!
