I am too fed up to complain. This is the third time I report this company and they just ignore me.
I am at my wits end with these two companies who keep harassing me for payments of an account that I only learned about in January 2014. I have made arrangements which they refuse to acknowledge by email. They have charged me 10% interest in less than one month, inspite of me making arrangements to pay before 1 February 2014, an amount of R195 and then the balance before 1 March 2014. I have complained to HelloPeter.com to no avail. What happens to human rights and invasion of privacy?
Firstly: Why do they keep harassing me during work time for payments when the due date of the arrangement has not yet arrived. I have JUST received yet another annoying sms from them. This is pathetic and ridiculous to say the least to be treated like some criminal by some company, purely because they can.
Secondly: Who gives AVIS the right to hand me over when they have NEVER sent me a statement or confirmed with me that I owe them money up to the beginning of January 2014.
Furthermore: why do they refuse to confirm my arrangement via email?
