Outsurance increases premiums every 6months

I purchased a new car last year in July 2012. Adverts on Outsurance say your premiums remain for a year without any increases. I was annoyed to receive a rerate notification for my vehicle in January 2013. I demand that my premium remain the same until July 2013 and that the amount deducted for the increase be immediately refunded.
