i own a business, and have the business account with STD Bank with Richard Maema as my business manager.
i have requested info from Richard in september last year, still awaiting a response from him.
I did contact the Bizdirect support as well, all they did was forward my mail to him... still no response.
is this the way that STD Bank treat thier SME customers, if so then i want out... seriously contemplating moving my account to another bank.
