Being threatened by ITCBA per sms

The ITBCA has sent me an sms threatening me that pre-legal collections shall commence.

I am required to call them with a reference number to negotiate a payment.

This is very distasteful. I am being threatened with legal action with no reference to what the case is about. No decency allowed to be called by them. Rather they'll send an sms and I should call them.

I'd like for you to call me so we can settle this.
