On Thursday 26th November 2013 i logged a call for serious hail damage to our house . i have received an automated claim number and on assessor responded, but only listed half the damage and on the scope of work only listed items their company can repair. i have mailed and tried phoning them (45min) is as long as i am prepared to wait. NO Response from the bank as yet to settle this dispute, never mind the continues damage every time it rains.
