I received my yearly increase document, called the call centre for enquiries about my cover and also to revise my cover. I got put through to a friendly superviser Yolandie Schwartz who was able do bring down my premium and emailed me the documents even before I could put down the phone. She even switched to Afrikaans to help me.
I've had one claim in the 3 years I've been with Outsurance and the claim was done very quickly and very effective. I will recommend Outsurance above any other insurance company.
