I have been with Outsurance since 2002 and through the years have had claims and changes to my cover from time to time. I can state without reservation I have received outstanding service every single time. I have even had an occasion where they demonstrated their willingness to 'bend over backwards' long before the advertisement was created. I have had no regrets switching to Outsurance 11 years ago and I have not found anyone to beat their offering, service and contact-ability. I judge an insurance company by how they handle a claim and whether they escalate the premium after a claim, Outsurance has passed with flying colours every time.
