Still no feedback

I have still not received any feedback from std bank, have sent numerous emails. This is urgent there is only a week left before the next debit order, and there wont be any money and I need this sorted today!! I have a 2week old baby and don't need this stress right now, Please people get this sorted now as I was promised last year already!!
