No Follow Up

Good day,

I've been with Auto & Gen for 4 months now. Initially when getting the insurance everything was fine until for some reason my insurance was cancelled as per my request they say after calling and notifying why haven't premiums been debited. The insurance on my vehicle was reinstated, then I was told to go to Glasfit for another inspection, till this day I haven't went for one. Now, why Auto & Gen not following up on this? Quick to take money but fail to interact with customers so that whatever is outstanding on the customer's side is attended for the purpose of hassle free claims.
