Poor service

I went to the bank to request a statement from an investment account from last year, I was told that the account cannot be printed and had to be ordered and I have to collect in the following day. The next morning I went to the bank and I was told that the system could not allow it & they had to call somewhere to request it again. I then requested that it be emailed to me. I left & went to another branch I had no hussles.
