Once again, we've experienced the worst service from Discovery Invest. It takes more than 2 months on average for us to get our requests serviced, and it takes many emails and phone calls where we have to repeat the process of sending ID docs, signed forms etc, and still nothing will get done.
I'm tired of complaining, and every time we ask to speak to someone with authority, we get diverted away. I've been asked time and time again by Discovery consultants why we don't want to open a Discovery code, then I just show them the constant battle to get service.
