The service i have received from standard banks' card recoveries and legal department is appalling.
The call centre agent that are meant to be dealing with your query have attitude and are very unpleasant to deal wit and very unhelpful as well.
I thought my query has been dealt with and closed only to find out that it has b=not been dealt with AT ALL and its has been six months..
When you call their call centre you get incompetent staff that don't know what they are doing and never listen but are very good with putting you on hold for over 30 mins with no reason and every time you request to talk to a manger you NEVER find one.
For a big company as standard bank one would think that they will thrive to focus on treating their customers fairly.
