I am utterly disgusted with MFC, I called in on the 9th of Jan 2014 to change a debit order as i am servinig a notice period and my current company is holding my salary to the last day of the month. this was done and the consultant confirm it.
Yesterday however the debit ran off my account, I called them today and the bunch of do not know what they are doing as every consultant i spoke to has put me on hold and does not come back to me untill i cut the call.
Now they both have confirm the the request was put thru and still i have been debited.
This has got to be the biggest bunch of i have come accross and am now looking to move my finance company.
