WESBANK NOT WILLING TO HELP!!

I purchased a car from CMH Eastrand three months ago. It has had to go back to the dealership for major repairs three times, Once having to be towed. WESBANK refuse to do anything about it. The second time the car was returned I informed WESBANK there is a problem. WESBANK area rep told me not to worry he will get to the bottom of it and later told me that they are not prepared to do anything about it and I WILL make payment even though the car was in for a second time for repairs. Now the car is back for the third time. The turbo needs replacing and WESBANK is still not willing to do anything about it. The dealership and the bank is in it together and the customer comes last. I was standing under my car in the dealerships workshops with the mechanic and the dealer principle. I was told the turbo has blown and the dealer principle said "well there you have it, warranty will cover it."I am off too lunch with Greg (the WESBANK AREA REP) i will just mention it to him". The ombudsman instructed me to draft a letter to cancel the deal and get hold of a specific person at WESBANK and when i mentioned this to Greg today he started laughing telling me she has no authority to do anything! Appalled!
