I have had 2 increases on my premium in the last 2 months - from R1756.66 to R1994.71 at the beginning of December, and another at the beginning of January up to R2395, 05, making a total increase of R638.39 or 34%!! I had no communication advising of these increases. I have sent numerous emails to both my broker and Santam Head Office and the only response I had was from a lady by the name of Nicolene who said she was looking into the matter and would get back to me. However still no response or explanation.
