Faulty Canopy

I bought a canopy for my TATA Xenon Bakkie in December. The canopy was installed at my work place and some defects where noticed. When I called Wimpie he said he will correct it in the new year. The complete canopy is out of shape, it is leaking water everywhere, one lock is broken. The one shock on the flap is falling out and the flap knocked me on the head twice leaving it bleeding. When I contacted him said I must bring the bakke in so that he can repair the canopy. I told him that it will be impossible to bring the bakkie in. Since then I never heard from him again
