I am deeply disappointed and angry at the way auto and general have handled my cases. I was intially impressed with the initial handling of my case, thank you for that, however, I pay an insurance premium of R1348 per month yet I found myself paying for a courtesy car because the thirty day period has passed and the panel beaters are not done fixing my car. Now I do not have a courtesy car as it is too expensive. TO TOP IT OFF, I CALL TO OBTAIN FEEDBACK AND WHEN I DO CALL, THE PERSON WHO IS SUPPOSED TO GIVE ME FEEDBACK IS NEVER THERE. EVEN AFTER EXPRESSING MY DISAPPOINTMENT AT THEIR SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF, I STILL GET SERVICE. IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT THE PANELBEATERS WERE CLOSED IN DECEMBER. WHY AM I PAYING INSURANCE? I THOUGHT THE PURPOSE OF IT WAS TO AID ME IN TIMES OF NEED. SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING MOVING. IS IT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL THE PANELBEATERS and obtain feedback? PLEASE CLARIFY
