Pathetic poor conduct by MUA

My car was smashed and the other party admitted guilt and sent in a claim to MU A, I was contacted by Sandra Olivier and asked to forward documents to her, this was on 31 december last year. I ot the docs together and sent it off, only to get a reply stating she was out of the office until thd 23rd of January!!! Why would she request the documents if she knew she was going on leave? I contacted the other party and hs in turn contacted MUA, hd then told md that Yvonne Nambzhu was dealing with thd claim and things were progressing. Today, thd 20th of January, I again had to ask him to call his insurers as things are dragging and my csr needs urgent repairs. Yvonne Nambahy finally found time to contact me, but only to request the same documents that were sent weeks ago, so nothing at all has been done about the claim in the past weeks, I now have to send thd paperwork again, and my guess is that as soon as Oliver returns thd game starts all over again, these peopld should be ashamed of their conduct!
