I submitted a claim for a broken window to Absa Home Owners Insurance on 06/11/2013. I e-mailed the necessary paperwork to Zanele as per her sms on the 06/11/2013.
To date I have not heard anything from her. I sent numerous emails, tried phoning the customer desk, with no answer from them.
This is not the first time that I have had service from the Abas Home Owners Insurance.
