I have been with Discovery Insure for the past 3 months, they have been incorrectly debiting my bank account, first incident was on the wrong date when I called they said their systems were faulty, 2nd time was a double debit until they told me that my policy has lapsed and reinstated me by giving me a new policy. When they were supposed to debit my bank account for the new policy they kept debiting for an old one because of their faulty systems again. I have been calling emailing their Call Centre for the past 2 weeks. There is still no solution to this.
