My money is missing

On 16 Dec 2013, my card was swiped for the amount of R664.53. But the money went through twice. After phoning Absa a day or so later, I was told that the money is lying in authorization and someone will contact me to release it. After 3 weeks, I phoned Absa again and all of a sudden, there is no trace of the second 664.53. My money was taken, and I keep on being told someone will phone me, but no-one does!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND FOR SOMEONE TO JUST TAKE IT WORKS ONS MY NERVES.
