My Credit Card details was used on an AIR Mauritius Flight in Miami for the amount of R2002.14, and NO I WAS NOT IN MIAMI. I was in Mauritius beginning of September 2013, so a flight attendant must have used my credit card details.
I phoned FNB who told me I need to complete the dispute form and fax it through to 0113529904 which I did.
I phoned again and was told to email the same documents to [Email Removed] to ensure they received the documents, I get email read receipts but no Feedback, I have 2 reference numbers. 1: SD1936110 and 2: SD1941269. Nothing is happening, I need this resolved ASAP as I am financially now because of this. I phoned again and every single time I get a please hold from the person and then I have the voice recording again to choose an option. I cancelled my Credit card and ordered a new one, and I have already received my new card. So now I am going to have a bad credit report against my name because of this. I deposited money (That I had to borrow) into my account just so that I don't have to owe over my limit anymore.
I don't know why I am with FNB because it's not as easy and great and "FREE SWIPES" as advertised. Please Resolve this ASAP!
