Phone not answered when claiming from insurance

I have home owners insurance with Standard Bank. Attempting to get hold of someone to speak to when phoning the Homeowners Insurance Line: 0860 121 141, as advertised on SB's website, is impossible. They are quick to take your money, but difficult to come to the party when wanting to make use of the services paid for.
