My girlfriend went on martinet leave last year November and everything was okay until today when she had to go back to work just to find out she is no longer working for standard bank, HR does not want to say why she has been dismissed. This is really not a nice way to start 2014 off where we have a 4mnth old baby girl and just to find out she does not have a job because of what I don't know
My girlfriend was dismissed for no reason after coming back from martinet leave how the can they do that with no reason no warring anything at all.
I'm very upset at this and think this is really unprofessional of standard bank to do this to her she has been such a good worker for standard bank, if they go throw their records they will see she is a hard worker and did well.
