African Bank in a whole service is absolutely pathetic!!! I went in to the branch for an application that was approved, and they said in 48 Hours everything will be sorted out. I had to keep calling back everyday for like 2 weeks to actually find out whats going with my application, and they ask for a ridiculous letter asking for my HR to state why is my UIF so high. I mean really an Financial institution why is UIF so high when we all know that a person UIF is a Country standard!!! The Service is pathetic i advise everybody please do not support african bank!!! They are useless!!! And absolutely horrible!!!
