GOOD DAY I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS FROM FNB AUTOMATED SERVICE IF I REQUEST I WANT TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT I AM BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR 30min, IF someone from FNB wants to talk to me a HUMAN not a machine must call me i am sick and tired of FNB. I cannot complain about there service because there is non. So FNB needs to call me a Manager or the Director other than that i do not want to speak to FNB.
