How Can We Help You, Really???

For over 3 month or so have being trying to get clarity fron FNB, as to how do the Moneygram service would work via cell phone banking or ATM as FNB advertised via unsolicited sms.
I have being to various branches in Cape Town just to mention a few Claremont branch, Pretoria East (Woodlands) I spoke to their foreign exchange personal as well the manager of the branch none of them are able to give me a clear a concise answer they are all not quite sure.
I was also suggested to call FNB forex I did call twice with no luck.
This is not the first time I have experienced this poor service from FNB, in 2011 I also had a hard time understanding when the ewallat and till point withdrawal services was implemented I hard a hard time understanding what did they meant on their list brochure when it was stated.
The brochure stated that one could get around R2.50 or so for every withdrawal at a till point at any retail store.
I also visited different branches in Cape Town as well as Pretoria as do travel around the country often and abroad.
No one was ever able to tell with certainty which retail store was being referred to on the brochure as South Africa as many different type of retail
