I was recently helped by Chrissy at the Woolworths in Century City Cape Town. I had seen a dress that I absolutely loved and unfortunately because the dress was not selling, it was sent back to their store room, chrissy then assisted me by calling ALL YOUR branches in Cape Town to find the dress for me but unfortunately we still could not find one which I had to come to terms with she then picked out an equally beautiful dress AND still had the dress i originally wanted sent from the store room to your branch the following morning and went into work on her off day to get the dress for me. I think that Chrissy is exactly what retail shops need, she was helpful with me and my baby, friendly and so eager to help me. I sincerely hope that management in that branch recognises her potential and value her hard work.
